We have a great opportunity at our Client E&J Gallo for Wellness Monitor's, covering 3 shifts.

Shifts for FT PT - Full Time 40 Hours:  Pay: $20.00/hr

1st shift - 8am-4:30pm:  2nd Shift - 4pm-12:30am:  3rd Shift - 12am-8:30am

Part Time 16-24 hours. Will mainly be coverage for weekend shifts and time off coverage as needed. Will need to be open to any shift any shift as covered Seeking individuals for immediate short-term full-time and part-time employment in managing our exposure to COVID-19 during the national emergency and/or global pandemic.

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and correcting workplace hazards including ensuring employees are abiding by all required social distancing guidelines. This endeavor is designed to:

1. Prevent potential COVID-19 virus spread

2. Preserve normal operations within area workplaces

3. Alleviate undue strain on our communities active workforce

Responsibilities: Conducting specific evaluation of where COVID-19 transmission could occur, including interactions between employees and any other persons, and places employees may congregate or interact with members of the public.

Communication to employees about COVID-19 prevention procedures Identify, evaluate and correct COVID-19 hazards. Ensure physical distancing of at least six feet. Ensure the use of face coverings. Participate in workplace hazard identification and evaluation. Wear Gallo provided PPE gloves, mask, eye protection and follow other Gallo rules protocols. Form a general wellness impression of each employee. Ensure availability of all supplies needed for entire shift such as hand sanitizer and towels. Checks equipment prior to usage to ensure correct and safe operation. Operates company gas and/or electric scooter.

Communicates professionally, respectfully and tactfully in both written and oral forms in order to establish and maintain effective relationships in the performance of required duties. Skilled in writing routine reports and correspondence. Skilled in speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

What You Need: High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate

Required to be 18 years of age or older.

Skilled in writing simple correspondence.

Required to stand, sit, walk. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team player and ability to work independently. Customer service oriented. Must be able to work any assigned shift day, swing, or graveyard and weekends and overtime as needed

What Will Set You Apart: Skilled in understanding and carrying out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Experience resolving routine questions and problems, and referring more complex issues supervisor.

Skilled in working independently. Experience working with all levels and functions within the Company. Work Environment: The COVID-19. Screener is required to work on-site designated by the client.

The COVID-19 Screener will be working in a potentially high COVID-19 exposure environment with known and unknown associated health risks. Individuals with underlying health conditions who contract COVID-19 have greater risk for morbidity and mortality as defined by the Centers for Disease Control cdc.gov and should consider these risks prior to accepting this position.  This is a temporary, non-benefited position expected to last approximately 60-90 days.
