  • Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract
  • Length: Temp to hire
  • Pay: 20 / HR
  • Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P (some nights & weekends may be required)
  •  
    Responsibilities for this Skip Tracer job include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilizes internal company provided skip tools and the internet skip tools provided and the phone to locate customers and/or collateral and recover for client
  • Provides skip information in response to client needs and update expectations
  • Communicates with field recovery agents
  •  
    Qualifications for this Skip Tracer job:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer Service or industry related experience preferred; prior secured auto collections and Bankruptcy experience preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation skills preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm in volatile and/or difficult situations
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30-40 wpm
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Ability to sit for an extended period with the ability to remain focused
  • Ability to execute all processes accurately and without error and multitask
  • Employee may be required to work evenings and weekends as needed
