Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager is a critical leaders if the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility. The Senior Program Manager will help build the next stage of impact. Specifically, the Senior Program Manager will support the development, launch, and management of educational and leadership development programming at the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility.

The Baumhart Center supports leaders who thrive at the intersection of profit and purpose to create a more just, humane, and sustainable world. Through education, engagement, and research, the Center prepares students and leaders to tackle societys most pressing challenges.

This position will primarily focus on developing specialized, cohort-based programs at the Center for executives in areas ranging from corporate social responsibility to impact investing to nonprofit leadership. The position will also provide general support and leadership at the Center, including serving as a core partner in the Centers annual Leading for Good conference and the Baumhart Scholars MBA .

Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Centers director, faculty, and external advisors to identify, define, and develop cohort-based programs that meet the needs of practitioners seeking to accelerate social impact.

Lead program outreach, including playing a critical role in the development of marketing materials and in the communication of opportunities to practitioners.

Manage the cohort-based programming, including communicating with program participants and supporting program faculty.

Evaluate programming and propose steps to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Provide general support and leadership at the Center, including serving as a partner in Leading for Good, supporting Baumhart Scholars, and helping to recruit and support Center sponsors.

Other duties as assigned including administrative tasks and supervisory oversight of student interns.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelors degree required; masters degree in relevant field is strongly preferred

5+ years of relevant work experience

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of and a passion for socially responsible business and socail enterprise

A facilitation and leadership style that encourages collaboration and consensus while also driving toward decisions and solutions

An ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative environment

Experience in marketing and strong customer service skills

Experience in developing and managing events and programs
