Description

Responsibilities:

  • Calling close contacts of newly diagnosed COVID-19 patients and communicating further actions to those individuals with professionalism and empathy
  • Entering detailed notes into company’s CRM system for compliance reasons
  • Following approved call scripts to collect and share information with interviewees while maintaining adherence with policies and procedures
  • Providing contacted individuals with approved quarantine procedure information, and if appropriate, making resource referrals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Customer Service or Call Center
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to listen and understand to what the party is saying
  • Understanding and knowledge of confidentially and HIPPA is a plus
  • Must be able to pick up equipment in Joliet IL
