Hours: M-F 10am-7pm; Saturday 10am-2pm
Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour
Job Description: The COVID Test Observer is responsible for the oversight and operational performance of an Onsite Medical Testing or Screening Event. This position must constantly assess potential improvements for candidate flow if and when it is warranted (i.e. re-directing candidates/employees to any available Medical screening station). This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met at the Onsite Medical Testing or Screening Event. This position is responsible for observing and documenting of Covid Test completion and results.
Responsibilities: Ensure Client employees are accurately completing COVID PCR tests. Document the completion and results of all completed tests
Job Requirements: Must be fully Vaccinated to work this project. Must have a clear & active Healthcare license in one of the following modalities: Pharmacy Technician, LVN/LPN, RN or Pharmacist. Must be willing to commit to a 44 hour per week schedule including Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm with a one hour lunch and 10a-2p on Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the observation of an individual self-administering a COVID-19 test and recording the results
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions: Due to varied current global health climate, additional personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines may apply. Employees may potentially be working in an environment supporting the medical response to an emergency health crisis created by a highly infectious disease, COVID-19.Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time and working outdoors.
May require bending, stooping, and lifting as required for patient care and transport.
