Requirements and Responsibilities
  • The Vendor shall provide Registered Nurses (RN) that can perform the responsibilities listed below that may include but are not limited to:
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas with at least one (1) year of clinical experience.
  • Looking for services provided by a case manager (nursing experience) to manage COVID-19 response efforts: conduct routine COVID-19 testing (twice per week effective 9/1/21).
  • Off-site testing, partner with third-party vendor i.e. Safe work to access employee COVID-19 test status and results
  • Provide quarantine management return to work
  • Responsible for telephonically and/or face to face assessment and case management activities with employees to apply COVID-19 protocol
  • Onsite exposure cases: coordinate contact tracing and cleaning request per CDC with stakeholders i.e. Law Enforcement and Facilities at each office
  • Contact individuals identified as close contacts of onsite confirmed or suspected cases
  • Handle COVID-19 vaccination medical accommodation requests and coordinate with HR to determine status of requests
  • Maintain medical record keeping of case management and guidance
  • Maintaining current knowledge of CDC, state, and local guidance regarding COVID19 protocol.
  • Collaborate with Bank stakeholders regarding safety protocol and pandemic response efforts
  • Researches and takes an active role in identifying problems and possible solutions in the coordination of care to determine most appropriate setting.
  • Acts as liaison to hospitals and healthcare providers i.e. primary care providers and specialists.
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of health records in accordance with policies and Procedures and assure that the unit health care standard operating procedures are always maintained in a current state.
