Job Description :

Supervise, coordinate work schedules, resolve minor issues, and complete necessary administrative tasks for contract employees supporting the Cyber School at Fort Gordon, Georgia . Be familiar with all duties and qualifications of each employee and assume responsibility for the work performance. Interact with the contracting officer's representative (COR) daily.

Job Requirements:

• Must be U.S. citizen.

• Have a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Have at least five years management experience or equivalent on similar government instructional contracts.

• Be proficient in conflict resolution.

• Have the skill sets required to supervise contractor employees.

• Be capable of coordinating work schedules/assignments of contractor employees.

• Be able to communicate orally and in writing with the COR .

• Have skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications.
