Project Lead

Duration: August – December 2021

Manage a team of approximately 40 medical assistants and 10 schools. Collaborate and communicate effectively with school supervisors and respective health departments to ensure steady workflow. Oversee operation of school-wide daily COVID testing. Track and proactively re-stock levels of testing products and supplies. Minimize opportunities for error as the lab testing procedures are delicate. Ensure samples and specimens are delivered to labs in a timely manner. Troubleshoot miscellaneous issues, escalate issues as needed to appropriate personnel. Travel onsite as needed.

Requirements

  • Scheduling & coordination of approximately 40 members of the medical team
  • Submit weekly hours accrued to staffing agency
  • Supply management
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Management experience and high organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-pace working environment
  • Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy and mitigate reporting errors
  • Proactively foresee potential issues, remedy or escalate as needed
