Description

COVID-19 Program Coordinator:

  • Onboards workforce to company health screening program
  • Liaison between health screening vendor and Human Resources
  • Monitors a health-screening dashboard during company business hours
  • Establishes and maintains daily progress reporting
  • Monitors CDC, OSHA and local jurisdictional guidance and mandates
  • Conducts follow up calls with all concerning check ins to triage situation
  • Verifies information; name, supervisor, vendor, vendor liaison, floor, space, business unit, location(s)
  • Investigates the specific circumstances of the situation and provides guidance as appropriate.

Within 24 hours of becoming aware of the incident, the COVID-19 Coordinator

  • Coordinates communications
  • Identifies key stakeholders for follow up
  • Provides coverage for a COVID-19 hotline number
  • Conduct after action reviews and reports
