Position Description

This position will play a critical role in the success of the Quest HealthConnect (QHC) business by managing commercial training, customer relationship management processes, product development inputs and communications of current and future services. The candidate will also manage research within markets and segments we serve and possess the necessary analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to lead high priority product and customer solution projects.


•         Manage the QHC customer relationship management (CRM) toolset, including functionality development, ongoing user training around best practices, performance management, pipeline quality and the conversion of data and trends into predictable revenue.

•         Act as a divisional liaison to facilitate teamwork and ensure that marketing, sales and operations are aligned to grow the brand and generate prospective customer awareness, interest and conversion.

•         Assists in the development of market-specific strategies to accelerate the implementation of key initiatives, and in the identification, development and implementation of opportunities related to QHC services.

•         Leadership in developing a product roadmap in sync with QHC Project Management and effectively commercializing our existing services.

•         By accessing available data, analyzing internal sources of data, and gaining an understanding of customer requirements, buying trends and marketplace evolutions, creates insights and value propositions for the business that achieve the intent to be the leading channel provider of GIC solutions.

•         Interacts with and evaluates feedback from our key customers, divisional leadership and consultative resources to ensure that current and emerging products grow revenue and create opportunities.

•         Researches, gathers and disseminates competitive intelligence in order to assess the market and identifies trends and opportunities to establish best in class services.

•         Supports the QHC vision and key projects including strategic planning, financial analysis, business development and major growth projects.

•         This position does not directly supervise others, however the candidate must possess the ambition, demonstrate the skills and experiences to lead and influence others across functional areas and grow into positions that directly manage and develop people.


•         Bachelors degree required; post graduate education preferred. Trained and experienced in sales planning, product development, advertising & promotion in business to business (B2B) sales.

•         10+ years in marketing/advertising, brand management, product development or marketing/advertising, plus 2 years of consulting and training, ideally in the healthcare or IT industry. Demonstrated ability to build brand equity and execute strategies that increase market share.

•         Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and the flow of information across multiple work groups.

•         Experience working in a regulated industry and a background in the sciences since an understanding of the medical, policy and regulatory environment is essential.

•         Experience in cultivating information from publicly available sources, including the internet, public records, and third- party sources

•         Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Access, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

•         Ability to prepare and persuasively present clear and concise written communications, both in report and presentation formats.

•         Experience in developing clear and concise reports and presentations

•         Ability to travel via commercial airline or car, to distant locations meetings. Some overnight (<20%) travel required.
