We are seeking a highly experience in Customer Service representative who has a minimum of 4 years of Customer Service experience to join a large organization for a minimum of a 6 month engagement. The title for this position is a The COVID-19 Response Representative.
The COVID-19 Response Representative assists callers who contact the COVID-19 Hotline, evaluates the COVID-19 scenario, provides guidance to caller/operation team and sends out a communication per the procedure.
This role provides comprehensive support to the employees and other departments related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The response team representative is responsible for phone and email communications between stores, field leadership, and corporate partners to help determine the actions required for COVID-19 concerns, positives test result cases, and contact tracing.
The representative helps guide our associates for the reduction and prevention of COVID-19 spread within our stores and their communities. The representative is required to follow all scripts, policies, and procedures provided by the organization and Operations groups and will comply with training regarding confidentiality and the handling of personally identifiable information.
