The COVID Vaccine Clinic Program Director is responsible for providing high quality community based care to all individuals. The COVID Vaccine Clinic Program Director maintains flexibility in providing services in settings other than clinics and demonstrates a willingness and ability to treat challenging and diverse client populations. The COVID Vaccine Program Director provides administrative and operational oversight for the staff and program and provides supervision to staff as needed. The COVID Vaccine Clinic Program Director ensures the program adheres to regulations and requirements from funding sources and serves as the primary liaison with other BHN programs. The COVID Vaccine Clinic Program Director develops and incorporates creative and valid interventions into clinical practice.

The COVID Vaccine Clinic Program Director at Behavioral Health Network has the following qualities:
- Minimum of current RN license by Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience (required).
- Ability to understand, empathize, and work with various populations.
- Working knowledge of DPH COVID Vaccination Information (required).
- Knowledge of Carelogic and MIIS system (preferred).
