About Guide IT

GuideIT is a US based technology services company focused on providing value to its customers through technology alignment and optimization. We are currently looking for a part time COVID Tracking Administrator to join our healthcare team in Dallas, Texas

About the Role

The part time COVID tracking administrator role assists a major customer in maintaining healthcare guidelines and company compliance as related to potential COVID exposure cases.  This role is part of our healthcare team and all positions are virtual. 

Primary Duties:

  • Identify and track COVID exposure within a large retail chain
  • Obtain and document confidential test results
  • Document all actions taken as related to the exposure case
  • Engage vendor resources to address disinfection requirements for specific store locations
  • Communicate with state and federal agencies as related to COVID exposure
  • Coordinate employee quarantine time and return to work requirements
  • Identify and communicate with potentially infected close contacts
  • Email affected team member with leave and pay information

Required Skills:

  • Ability to professionally communicate via phone and email
  • Must be able to multitask and accurately track activity on each case
  • Documentation within Microsoft applications and SharePoint sites
  • Teamwork and shift turnover are a requirement
  • Computer skills to include maneuvering between multiple screens and applications
  • Must have a dedicated, secure virtual work location which is free from ambient noise and distractions

Desired Skills:

  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Some college education is given preference

Education and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Position Location

  • All roles are virtual within the Dallas or Wichita Falls, Texas areas
