'Great University is looking for COVID-19 Resource and Testing Representatives. This is a contract position that will go until 03-31-2022. This position will be Monday through Friday (you will be scheduled an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am to 6pm)

The Covid Resource Representative is a non-licensed professional providing support to employees and community members. Will reach out to people (contacts) who have been exposed to COVID-19, tested positive, or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms to COVID-19, and provide education and guidance to interrupt ongoing disease transmission. Dialogue with contacts will be guided by standard protocols to obtain any COVID-19 symptoms history, provide instructions for voluntarily self-quarantine, and provide information regarding testing locations. In addition, this position will assist with providing test results for people who were tested at the University COVID-19 Testing Center and schedule follow up appointments for Students. This position will require prioritization, prompt action, and attention to detail in documentation and data management as multiple investigations and sample collections will be conducted simultaneously. The position will participate in ongoing training as new information is available and are required to follow all designated scripts and comply with policies and procedures provided by the University regarding confidentiality and data security for the handling of sensitive client information and protected health information. The position may require both onsite and telework activities, while complying with all requirements for client confidentiality, records, and data security.

The incumbent in this position may also work as a Covid-19 Testing Representative providing support to students and employees. This position has been developed to assist students and employees with performing COVID-19 testing to prevent spread. -This is a full-time temporary / limited appointment through June of 2022 with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. -Schedules may vary Monday through Friday depending on assignment needs and could include weekends as required.

A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience working in an office, call center, or community role assisting others, or experience working at a testing site collecting samples, or in a medical setting.

Experience conducting telephone-based or in-person interview, data collection and data entry.         

Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, emotional intelligence, to effectively communicate with patients of varying ages, diagnosis, and multicultural backgrounds.
