We are currently seeking an experienced:


Full Time, Days

Job Summary:

  • Process all COVID related A/P as it is submitted by facilities.
  • Keeps track of all COVID expenses and reports to Accounting Dept.
  • Process all Group lab invoices and COVID related lab invoices for residents and employees. Participate in webinars as related to job functions and state updates.
  • Track all weekly reports for COVID testing.
  • Bill for the employee testing as required.
  • Submit state required reports for Resident and Employee testing.
  • Coordinate information for audits, as related to COVID reporting and testing.
  • Maintain all files for reporting audits.
  • Reconcile billing and actual testing, per state requirements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or similar program preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Health Care Receivables Management
  • Must be able to maintain information in a confidential manner
  • Must be able to work independently and research for needed information.
  • Must have basic accounting abilities and ability to work with large numbers.
  • Ability to read and interpret insurance contracts.
  • Must demonstrate Critical thinking skills.
