Maxim Satffing Services is seeking CA Registered RNs to assist with vaccinating, testing, monitoring and caring for displaced Covid-19 positive populations residing in Southern San Diego County, CA.

Please see the details below:

  • Start: August 1st, 2022

  • Pay: $55 - $60/HR

  • Assignment Length: 6 months to a year

  • Schedule A: 7am-7:30pm (36hrs/wk)

  • Schedule B: 7pm-7:30am (36hrs/wk)

  • Locations: San Ysidro, Mission Valley, Otay Mesa areas

General Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations:

  • Responsible for safe and proper handling and administration of COVID-19 vaccines and tests

  • Follows proper aseptic technique in administering vaccinations and tests

  • Educates patients regarding vaccination process and possible adverse reactions

  • Adheres to infection control procedure

  • Evaluates and assesses patients health care needs based on patients signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines.

  • Obtains appropriate input and direction from the provider as needed to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health care needs.

  • Accurately documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response.

  • As needed, perform other nursing functions as assigned.

  • Provide patient education: e.g. Covid-19 related symptoms.

  • Administers certain medications, injections, and immunizations based on patient needs.

  • Documents in electronic health record (EHR), triage assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation, follow-up.


  • Valid CA RN License and BLS

  • Up to date on all Covid-19 Vaccines and Boosters

  • Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
