JOB SUMMARY: 

Part Time 

The COVID-19 Monitor will perform daily COVID-19 screenings and manage daily logs for employees.  Incumbents working off-shifts will be responsible for maintaining facility telephones in addition to daily COVID-19 screenings and related data maintenance.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

  • Perform daily COVID-19 screenings for all employees
  • Record and manage individual COVID-19 data; ensure accuracy
  • Serve as telephone operator as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
    • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
    • Experience with customer service or data entry preferred
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Does not have direct supervisory responsibilities 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift to 10 pounds
