Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Corporate Covid Tracker for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities :

  • Daily monitoring of the Medical Mailbox and respond to all COVID related emails, COVID positive, COVID symptoms, COVID exposures, General COVID/vaccination/booster related questions.
  • Stay up-to-date with and monitor CDC website for updated guidance
  • Responsible for updating internal communications (Illness and Quarantine Protocol document, FAQs), COVID-19 Framework and Email response templates.
  • Participate in daily/weekly team calls
  • Maintain, update and send the following tracking sheets
  • Return to Work Tracking daily updates for Law Enforcement and SVP of Human Resources (daily report)
  • COVID Tracking Essential Onsite and Hybrid quarantine tracking (daily, employee report)
  • Compile employee vaccination data on Fridays and send tracking information to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) officer and contacts
  • Touch base with HR Leadership for questions, issues and concerns
  • Weekend and evening check-ins and emails (mailbox, update tracking sheet)
  • Send reminder emails to new hires to update vaccination information in Workday
  • Approve vaccination submissions in Workday
  • Requires an evening check-in and a weekend check-in for new cases or new exposures

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years supporting medical information required
  • Corporate Covid Tracking
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or previous experience handling Covid tracking a plus
