This Position Is Contingent Upon Bid Award

The Contact Tracer shall provide assistance with administrative activities associated with Public Health emergencies, such as but not limited to, COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases

Responsibilities

* Gather information related to all cases that meet the criteria for COVID-19 cases
* Document names and information
* Trace cases for known/identified close contacts
* Make notifications to close contacts
* Provide approved information regarding facility access and workforce guidance for
* individuals that meet the criteria for COVID-19 cases
* Refer individuals to testing according to agency protocol
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a healthcare, customer service or related field
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience organizing and tracking data and information.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Experience using Microsoft applications
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
* Have in-depth knowledge of CDC guidelines
* Ability to "multi-task
