Position Description:

Job Title: Tier I Contact Tracer
Duration: 6+ months depending on the need of COVID
Hours: 10-6, operating days 7 days a week
Work Location: REMOTE WORK
Must have High Speed Internet, Windows PC with Windows 10 or Higher & Headset to make and receive calls via PC.

Summary of Work: Daily monitoring of COVID cases assigned via the CommCare System, identify if the contact and case needs to be a Person Under Investigation (PUI) for required testing, provide information, public health guidelines regarding COVID via scripts provided, document all information via CommCare. Ability to exhibit a professional, positive, and solution-focused attitude and work ethic. Work with Case Investigators to help monitor and move to the next phase.


Skills Required:

Bilingual English (must be able to speak, read & write) - Fluent in Spanish, Tagalog, Serbian, Russian, Somali or Mandarin - not required but a preferred

Health related background or current Health Professional Student

Analytical & Problem Solving Skills

Knowledge of Public Health & Health Care

Excellent organizational & communication skills

Computer Proficient
