Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Bilingual COVID Call Center Employees at a local client in Plano, TX. Bilingual COVID Call Center Employees perform essential jobs with one of our premier clients with starting pay at $24.00/hr. As a Bilingual COVID Call Center Employee, you will interact with employees via phone, e-mail, and Zoom in response to COVID-related leaves, per tracing and return to work protocols. You will conduct intake interviews in English and Spanish to perform trace protocols related to COVID-19, and report on COVID-19 related issues and leaves. This position is remote and part-time.
Requirements:

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or greater
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
  • Ability to perform on-call duties for weekends and/or evenings
  • Ability to understand and follow information security protocols and handle sensitive data
