Job Title: Lead Administrative Support Assistant
Duration: ASAP - 1040 hours
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 potential 7 days a week
Work Location: Jefferson City, Missouri 65109
The COVID-19 Onboarding Team works to enroll facilities in need of reporting COVID-19 rapid test data to the client through our electronic process. In conjunction with that, the team also assists in working data submitted by these various facilities that has failed validation for ingestion in to case management system. This work requires great attention to detail and an ability to work with stakeholders in correcting this data in order to meet the State and Federal 24 hour requirement for COVID-19 data submission.
This position will serve to assist providers with reporting COVID-19 lab test data.
Basic Excel skills and the ability to provide explanatory information via email or phone are a must. Additional skills include the ability to provide process guidance over the phone.
Staffing will run 8-5 daily with a potential daily split (half days) while ensuring the current standard of 24-hour turnaround is maintained
